Shipping

Your Artwork should be shipped out within 10 working days after receiving final payment. Giglio Fine Art (GFA) ships Priority and will send a tracking number. During times of COVID GFA cannot guarantee that shipping company will be able to ship in their promised time so please be patient.

Shipping Damage

We have a no return policy for purchased artwork. However, if you receive artwork that is damaged in shipping GFA will fully reimburse you. Do not accept damaged package from delivery carrier. If you find that carrier has left package behind contact GFA by email at gigliofineart@att.net within 24 hours. Any pictures of the damaged package you can supply will expedite matters. You agree to keep the packaging used in shipping as proof to the shipping company of their responsibility. GFA will set up the necessary return in this event. In purchasing the artwork it is understood that you are agreeing to the above stated Return/Damage Policy.
